I started GrayStone Insurance Group in 2018 with a simple conviction: the businesses everyone else turns away deserve a broker who won't. What began as a one-person operation has grown into a specialty commercial brokerage with offices across the country — but the mission has never changed. When other carriers run from a high-risk or hard-to-place account, we run toward it.

I built this agency on the values I live by: integrity, hard work, and the tenacity to do the hard things well. Insurance was never about checking a box or forcing a client into whatever policy is easiest to sell. It's about understanding the real risk in front of us, knowing our products inside and out, and refusing to sacrifice coverage just to make a deal simpler. I want every client to understand exactly what they're buying and why.

Through our access to Excess & Surplus and specialty markets, my team and I place coverage that standard carriers can't — for restaurants, bars, contractors, trucking companies, manufacturers, and the many other operations labeled "too risky" for the everyday market. I treat every client's business like my own, because that's the standard I'd expect from anyone protecting what I built.
